Dr. Worthington grew up in a small town Glenrock, Wyoming where sports and the outdoors were his passion. He chose chiropractic because of the chiropractic care he received himself in high school and eventually in college as a dual-sport collegiate athlete. Chiropractic changed Dr. Worthington's life and he wanted to change other people's lives with his own experience. He specializes in families, athletes, and occupational athletes who work the 9-5. FreeForm Chiropractic West 7th was voted Best of Fort Worth 76107 in 2022. Lastly, Dr. Worthington enjoys spending time with his fiance Averi, attending Dallas Stars/Cowboys games, fishing, exercising, and playing with their goldendoodle - Harper.

Dr. Dustin Worthington received his first Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Worthington moved to Texas in 2015 and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, and Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness at Parker University.
